Matthew Krebs, MD, PhD, University of Manchester, Manchester, UK, discusses results from Phase I studies of divarasib, a next-generation KRAS G12C inhibitor, in patients with KRAS G12C-positive pancreatic adenocarcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, and other rare solid tumors. Divarasib demonstrated manageable safety with mostly low-grade adverse events, supporting divarasib as a promising targeted option for these difficult-to-treat cancers. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2025 Congress in Berlin, Germany.
