Benjamin Lowentritt, MD, Chesapeake Urology Research Associates, Baltimore, MD, delves into the future of PSMA radiopharmaceutical therapies for prostate cancer. In addition to advances in PSMA PET imaging, radioligands have made inroads in field of prostate cancer. PSMA-targeting antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are also promising modalities, due to the high expression of PSMA on prostate tumors.
