Dr Rauf talks on two ongoing clinical trials looking at novel therapeutic approaches: the use of CAR T-cell therapy and opening the blood-brain barrier (BBB) using focused ultrasound to improve the efficacy of chemotherapies with poor central nervous system penetration.
