Antonio Cigliola, MD, IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital, Milan, Italy, provides insight into the potential widespread use of neoadjuvant sacituzumab govitecan (SG) in the clinic for treating patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC), who are unwilling or ineligible for cisplatin-based chemotherapy.
