EBCC 2024 | CINDERELLA APProach: AI projection of breast cancer surgery outcomes

Timo Schinköthe, PhD, Universität der Bundeswehr München & CANKADO, Munich, Germany, introduces the CINDERELLA APProach (NCT05196269), an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven healthcare platform. It can be difficult for patients with breast cancer to understand the different types of surgery and their possible outcomes enough to participate in making an informed decision. The CINDERELLA app uses AI to simulate a range of possible aesthetic outcomes of different types of surgery, specific to the patient. This interview took place at the 14th European Breast Cancer Conference (EBCC) in Milan, Italy.
