ASCO 2024 | Therapeutic cancer vaccine combination therapies in pancreatic cancer

Benjamin Adam Weinberg, MD, FACP, Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, Washington, DC, gives an overview of potential novel strategies to manage pancreatic cancer. The combination of immunotherapies such as nivolumab with KRAS-targeting cancer vaccines is a promising avenue, and addition of daratumumab may also prevent T-cell exhaustion in this setting. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
