May-Lucie Meyer, MD, Lausanne University Hospital, Lausanne, Switzerland, discusses toxicity management with bispecific T-cell engagers. A good baseline assessment of the patient is important, as is a consideration of travel distance in order to determine whether treatment can be given as an out-patient procedure. Nearly half of patients treated develop cytokine release syndrome, however most of these are low grade 1 or 2. This interview took place at the 2026 European Lung Cancer Congress in Copenhagen, Denmark.
