ESMO TAT 2021 | The role of Orgenesis in developing cell and gene therapies

Vered Caplan, BSc, Orgenesis, Germantown, MD, summarizes the goals of Orgenesis within the field of cell and gene therapies, which utilizes modified cells such as CAR-T, NK, and lymphatic cells to cure various cancers. Orgenesis aims to make cell and gene therapies more accessible to hospitals and patients at a lower cost. A range of automated technologies can be developed by working with therapy providers, which can then be supplied to research institutes and hospitals.
