Radwa Sharaf, PhD, Foundation Medicine Inc, Cambridge, MA, discusses the results of an investigation of genetic alterations associated with high telomeric content in sarcoma. RAD51B and GID4 found to be implicated in telomeric lengthening in sarcoma and may represent research opportunities for agents aimed at targeting this pathway. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2022 Congress in Paris, France.
