Vesna Bjelic-Radisic, MD, PhD, Helios University Hospital Wuppertal, Wuppertal, Germany, discusses an analysis from the Phase III PALLAS trial (NCT02513394), which evaluated the relationship between clinician-graded adverse events (AEs) and patient-reported quality of life (QoL) in early HR+/HER2- breast cancer. Despite consistent data collection, correlations between clinician assessments and patient-reported outcomes were generally weak. Low agreement was observed for several symptoms, including pain, nausea, and insomnia. This interview took place at the 2025 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Breast Cancer Annual Congress in Munich, Germany.
