Sara Tolaney, MD, MPH, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, discusses the Phase III TroFuse-010 study (NCT06312176), exploring sacituzumab tirumotecan, an anti-TROP2 antibody-drug conjugate, in patients with HR+/HER2- unresectable locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer (mBC). The trial evaluates sacituzumab tirumotecan alone or in combination with pembrolizumab, compared to treatment of physician’s choice (TPC), and primary endpoints include progression-free survival (PFS). This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
