Kevin Zarrabi, MD, MS, FACP, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA, briefly discusses the potential role of CDK4/6 inhibition in the current treatment paradigm for antigen pathway modulation-resistant prostate cancer, noting that the absence of an efficacy signal does not currently support its use. However, ongoing biomarker research may help identify patient subsets that could benefit from targeting this pathway in the future. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
