Kevin Zarrabi, MD, MS, FACP, Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, Philadelphia, PA, comments on the evaluation of combination therapies in prostate cancer early phase trials, including a trial in assessing induction 177Lu-PSMA-617, followed by consolidation xaluritamig, a STEAP1 T-cell engager. The trial showed potential synergy between radioligand-induced immunogenicity and subsequent immuno-oncology. This interview took place at the 8th International Workshop on CAR-T and Bispecifics 2026, in Tampa, FL
