Arun Azad, MBBS, PhD, FRACP, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, shares an update on the results of the Phase III ARCHES trial (NCT02677896) investigating the safety and efficacy of enzalutamide plus androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) versus placebo plus ADT in patients with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC). The study has reported a significant improvement in radiographic progression-free survival. This interview took place during the 2021 Genitourinary Cancers Symposium.
