Here, Solange Peters, MD, PhD, of Lausanne University Hospital, Lausanne, France, discusses the role of immunotherapy in the radical treatment of NSCLC, following the recent publication of data from the Phase III PACIFIC study (NCT02125461) of durvalumab. Prof. Peters highlights the many combination options for immunotherapy, including that with radiotherapy. She also covers the role of chemotherapy and surgery in the context of immunotherapy.
