Benjamin Adam Weinberg, MD, FACP, Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, Washington, DC, discusses results from the Phase II EXPEL-PANC trial (NCT05558982) of BXCL701 with pembrolizumab in patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (mPDAC) who progressed on prior treatment. Early results show that BXCL701 is well-tolerated, with promising signs of clinical activity in tumors that have typically not responded well to immunotherapies. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
