ASCO 2024 | The future of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) in managing lung cancer

Minesh Mehta, MD, Miami Cancer Institute, Miami, FL, explores the emerging role of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) in the management non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The Phase III LUNAR (NCT02973789) and METIS (NCT02831959) trials demonstrated the efficacy of TTFields and additional trials should be conducted to further assess the novel treatment modality in patients with both brain metastases and extracranial disease. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
