WCLC 2024 | Incorporating immunotherapy in the treatment landscape of SCLC

Bjørn Henning Grønberg, MD, PhD, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, Norway, comments potential combination therapies involving radiotherapy for small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). Whilst the Phase III ADRIATIC trial (NCT03703297) demonstrated the benefits of adding immunotherapy to existing chemoradiotherapy, Prof. Grønberg highlights the importance of chemoradiotherapy in the management of SCLC. This interview took place at the 2024 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) in San Diego, CA.
