Jean Emmanuel Kurtz, MD, PhD, University of Strasbourg, Strasbourg, France, provides an overview of two trials assessing antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) in gynecological cancers, including a Phase I trial (NCT05636215) of IBI354, an anti-HER2 ADC, and a Phase I trial (NCT05103683) of TORL-1-23, an anti-CLDN6 ADC. Both trials showed encouraging efficacy and manageable safety profiles in their respective cohorts. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
