ESMO 2024 | Phase I trial of ASP3082 in KRAS G12D-positive solid tumors
Wungki Park, MD, MS, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, gives an overview of the early safety and efficacy results of ASP3082, a novel KRAS G12D degrader, in patients with advanced solid tumors, including pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In a Phase I dose-escalation study (NCT05382559), ASP3082 showed an acceptable safety profile, with common adverse events being fatigue and infusion-related reactions. Promising antitumor activity was noted, even as a monotherapy, warranting further investigation. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
