GU Cancers 2025 | ETCTN 10483: erdafitinib and EV in FGFR3/2-altered urothelial cancer

Rohit Jain, MD, MPH, Weill Cornell Medicine, New York, NY, discusses the Phase Ib ETCTN 10483 trial (NCT04963153) of erdafitinib plus enfortumab vedotin (EV) in metastatic urothelial carcinoma with FGFR3/2 alterations following platinum and PD-1/L1 inhibitors. Preliminary results show a high response rate, with most patients achieving partial or complete responses. The combination demonstrated manageable toxicity, with dose expansion ongoing at the recommended Phase II dose. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
