Di Jiang, MD, Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto, Canada, explains the vast availability of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) in the treatment of bladder cancer. Understanding the mechanism of action of these treatments inform efficacy, toxicity, combination and sequence strategies. Whilst the EV-302 trial (NCT04223856) has transformed first-line metastatic bladder cancer treatment, it could also provide an approach in earlier stages. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
