GU Cancers 2025 | Understanding the role of ADCs in treating bladder cancer

Understanding the mechanism of action of these treatments inform efficacy, toxicity, combination and sequence strategies. Whilst the EV-302 trial (NCT04223856) has transformed first-line metastatic bladder cancer treatment, it could also provide an approach in earlier stages.
