Rohit Jain, MD, MPH, Weill Cornell Medicine, New York, NY, comments on the main toxicities associated with enfortumab vedotin (EV) with pembrolizumab in patients with urothelial carcinoma. The main adverse events (AEs) of EV include a skin rash, which can be managed with barrier creams and corticosteroids, and neuropathy, which can be addressed with supportive care and medications. Additionally, hyperglycemia is a significant concern, requiring close monitoring. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
