Anna Minchom, MD, BCh, MB, MRCP, from The Royal Marsden Hospital, London, UK, discusses the investigation of tarlatamab in the DeLLphi-301 trial (NCT05060016). This Phase II trial explored two different doses (100 mg and 10 mg) and examined patient management strategies related to cytokine release syndrome (CRS). The results showed promising efficacy in terms of response rate and overall survival for patients with small cell lung cancer, despite the non-randomized nature of the study. Additionally, other DLL3-targeting T-cell engagers and tri-specific antibodies are emerging in early-stage development, highlighting the rapid progress in this field. This interview took place at the BTOG 2025 congress in Belfast, UK.
