Antoine Italiano, MD, PhD, Institute Bergonié, Bordeaux, France, gives an overview of the first-in-human Phase I trial (NCT06641908) assessing M3554, a novel anti-GD2 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), in patients with advanced soft tissue sarcomas and IDH-wildtype (wt) glioblastoma. The study includes dose escalation and expansion phases to evaluate safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity, with embedded biomarker analysis to support response assessment. This interview took place at American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2025 in Chicago, IL.
