AACR 2025 | M3554, an anti-GD2 ADC, for sarcomas and IDH-wt glioblastoma

Antoine Italiano, MD, PhD, Institute Bergonié, Bordeaux, France, gives an overview of the first-in-human Phase I trial (NCT06641908) assessing M3554, a novel anti-GD2 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), in patients with advanced soft tissue sarcomas and IDH-wildtype (wt) glioblastoma. The study includes dose escalation and expansion phases to evaluate safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity, with embedded biomarker analysis to support response assessment.
