AACR 2025 | MYTHIC: lunresertib and camonsertib in ovarian and endometrial cancers

Alison Schram, MD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, discusses the Phase I MYTHIC study (NCT04855656) of lunresertib, a PKMYT1 inhibitor, with camonsertib, an ATR inhibitor, in patients with ovarian and endometrial cancers. The regimen was generally well tolerated, with manageable hematologic toxicity. Clinical and molecular responses, including tumor shrinkage and ctDNA reduction, support further development in biomarker-selected populations with limited treatment options. This interview took place at American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2025 in Chicago, IL.
