Okay, so I’m really excited for this era that we’re in where all these novel antibody drug conjugates are being developed, early phase clinical trials, as well as later lines of therapy. And they’re truly exciting first-in-class agents that include a target such as FR-alpha and a payload that’s delivered selectively into the cancer cell. And the RAINFOL-02 study is a phase three randomized trial of an antibody drug conjugate known as rinatabart sesutecan or Rina-S versus investigator choice in patients who have platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. We know what a dismal prognosis many of these patients have, but the antibody drug conjugates are changing the landscape as these agents appear to have higher objective response rates and are very promising for further evaluation. Specifically for Rina-S this antibody drug targets folate receptor alpha, and it has a novel hydrophilic protease cleavage linker, which we think may help with drug delivery. And the payload in this situation is a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor. Prior studies have been conducted with Rina-S in patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. And these response rates are very high, about 55.6% with durable and long-lasting responses, including four complete responses of the study that was just presented by Dr. Lee. So we are thrilled to have the opportunity to offer this trial to our patients because this response rate is so much higher than what we see typically in this patient population, where the response rates with the currently available standard of care agents, range anywhere from 15% to 30%.
