ASCO 2026 | RiboX: enzalutamide with or without ribociclib in RB-positive mCRPC

Kevin Zarrabi, MD, MS, FACP, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA, discusses results from the Phase Ib/II RiboX study (NCT02555189) of enzalutamide with or without ribociclib in taxane-naïve patients with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) retaining RB expression. While the combination was well tolerated, the primary endpoint was not met, with no significant difference in PSA50 response observed. A disease-stabilizing effect and evidence of prolonged survival were noted in a subset of combination-treated patients. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
