Melanoma Skin Cancer Antibodies Melphalan Nivolumab Relatlimab

Vincent Ma, MD, University of Wisconsin, Madison, WI, discusses the rationale and Phase Ib/II trial (NCT07281924) of percutaneous hepatic perfusion (PHP) therapy with nivolumab and relatlimab (nivo/rela) in metastatic melanoma and liver metastasis. Dr Ma highlights the poor outcomes associated with liver metastases and the potential of melphalan to reverse the immune-desert tumor microenvironment and restore the normal immune system. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
