Jacob Thomas, MD, of the University of Southern California, discusses findings from a Phase II trial (NCT06332092) evaluating FID-007, a novel nanoparticle paclitaxel formulation, in combination with cetuximab for recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) following checkpoint inhibitor therapy. Dr Thomas highlights promising response rates and durable complete responses observed in this early study.
