ASCO 2026 | The future of antibody-drug conjugates in endometrial cancer

Linda Mileshkin, MBBS, MD, Peter MacCallum Cancer Center, Melbourne, Australia, discusses the efficacy of the antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) puxitatug samrotecan (puxi-sam) in relapsed/metastatic endometrial cancer from the BLUESTAR trial (NCT01523482), highlighting the strong 60% response rate in patients previously treated with platinum-based chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Puxi-sam has received breakthrough therapy designation from the FDA and is now being evaluated in a Phase III trial. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
