ELCC 2026 | DeLLphi-312: tarlatamab with chemoimmunotherapy for first-line treatment of ES-SCLC
Ippokratis Korantzis, MD, PhD, European Interbalkan Medical Center, Thessaloniki, Greece, describes the rationale and trial design for the DeLLphi-312 trial (NCT07005128), evaluating tarlatamab plus chemoimmunotherapy for first-line extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). ES-SCLC often has a poor prognosis, despite the introduction of chemoimmunotherapy. In a Phase Ib trial (NCT05361395), second-line tarlatamab showed improved overall survival, progression-free survival and risk of death, providing rationale for the Phase III DeLLphi-312 trial with tarlatamab as a first-line therapy. This interview took place at the 2026 European Lung Cancer Congress in Copenhagen, Denmark.
