WCLC 2026 | Subgroup and toxicity insights from AMIGO-1 in in EGFRm NSCLC

William William Jr., MD, Oncoclínicas, São Paulo, Brazil, shares insights into findings from the AMIGO-1 trial of pemetrexed, amivantamab and lazertinib in EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The number of pemetrexed cycles was capped, which kept toxicities manageable, and particular progression-free survival benefit from the treatment intensification was seen in patients with TP53 co-mutations who typically have a poorer prognosis. This interview took place at the IASLC 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer congress in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
