Petros Grivas, MD, PhD, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Seattle, WA, shares his highlights from ASCO GU 2021. Dr Grivas discusses updates from the EV-301 trial (NCT03474107), which is evaluating enfortumab vedotin versus chemotherapy, and the Phase III TROPiCS-04 trial (NCT04527991) investigating sacituzumab govetican for patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer. Dr Grivas also outlines updates from the Phase II EV-201 trial (NCT03219333) investigating enfortumab vedotin for locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer and the Phase III CheckMate 274 trial (NCT02632409) investigating nivolumab following radical surgery for high-risk muscle-invasive urothelial carcinoma. Finally, Dr Grivas highlights results from two ongoing clinical trials in kidney cancer; the CLEAR study (NCT02811861) investigating lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab or lenvatinib plus everolimus versus sunitinib alone for patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma, and the PAPMET (S1500) trial (NCT02761057) investigating cabozantinib, crizotinib, savolitinib and sunitinib.
