WCLC 2026 | ARTEMIS-008: risvutatug rezetecan versus topotecan in relapsed SCLC

Anne Chiang, MD, PhD, Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT, presents primary results from Phase III ARTEMIS-008 (NCT06498479) of risvutatug rezetecan (Ris-Rez), a B7-H3-directed antibody-drug conjugate, versus topotecan in patients with relapsed small cell lung cancer (SCLC) following platinum-based chemotherapy. Ris-Rez demonstrated statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvements in overall survival, progression-free survival, objective response rate, and disease control rate, with a more favourable safety profile than topotecan, supporting its potential as a new standard of care in relapsed SCLC. This interview took place at the IASLC 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer congress in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
