ESMO Breast 2022 | PRADA: evaluating radiotherapy before deep inferior flap reconstruction

The PRADA trial included evaluating the complication rate of radiation therapy given preoperatively followed by mastectomy with immediate autologous breast reconstruction, providing a foundation for the randomized Phase II PRADAII (NCT03760588) trial.
