GU Cancers 2025 | Surgical outcomes of neoadjuvant durvalumab and chemotherapy in UTUC

Morgan Roupret, MD, PhD, Sorbonne University, Paris, France, discusses a Phase II trial (NCT04617756) of neoadjuvant durvalumab with cisplatin- or carboplatin-based chemotherapy in patients with high-risk, non-metastatic upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC). The combination was well tolerated without added surgical risk, and a majority of patients subsequently received robotic radical cystectomy successfully. A Phase III iNDUCT-3 trial will further investigate this approach. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
