Eric Christenson, MD, John Hopkins Medicine, Baltimore, MD, discusses findings from the Phase Ib/II study (NCT05572684) of NC410 with pembrolizumab in advanced metastatic MSS/MSI-L colorectal (CRC) and ovarian cancer. NC410, a dimeric LAIR-2 protein targeting the extracellular matrix (ECM) designed to enhance immune cell infiltration and counter LAIR-1-mediated immunosuppression, was shown to be well tolerated with promising clinical activity, including partial responses and durable stable disease, and evidence of ECM remodeling. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
