ASCO 2024 | Phase II trial of nivolumab and relatlimab in MSS CRC
Eric Christenson, MD, John Hopkins Medicine, Baltimore, MD, comments on a Phase II study (NCT03642067) of nivolumab and relatlimab in pretreated advanced microsatellite stable colorectal cancer (MSS CRC). The primary endpoint, objective response, was not met, though patients with lung-only metastases showed potential benefits. Translational correlates, including mass cytometry and RNA sequencing, are also being examined. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
