Leonora Slatnick, MD, University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT, discusses the challenges in managing pediatric patients with stage metastatic special (MS) neuroblastoma. Identifying high-risk patients, particularly infants or those with organ dysfunction at diagnosis, and initiating therapy are critical.
