Leonora Slatnick, MD, University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT, discusses the challenges in managing pediatric patients with stage metastatic special (MS) neuroblastoma. Identifying high-risk patients, particularly infants or those with organ dysfunction at diagnosis, and initiating therapy are critical. Additionally, administering chemotherapy to infants poses unique difficulties. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
