Sapna Patel, MD, Colorado Cancer Center, Aurora, CO, explores findings from a Phase Ia/b trial (NCT03686124/EudraCT 2019-002370-31) of IMA203, a PRAME-directed T-cell receptor therapy, in patients with advanced or metastatic uveal melanoma who had received prior treatment, including tebentafusp. The therapy demonstrated a high objective response rate and durable responses, with manageable cytokine release syndrome and limited neurotoxicity. These data suggest IMA203 may offer a promising new option for this difficult-to-treat patient population. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2025 Congress in Berlin, Germany.
