Robert Olson, MD, BC Cancer, Prince George, Canada, comments on the five-year toxicity data from the SABR-5 trial (NCT02933242) of stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) in patients with up to 5 oligometastases. Toxicities did persist up to 5 years following treatment, however occurrences of grade 3 or higher toxicities were minimal from 3 years after SABR. This interview took place at the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology 2026 Congress in Stockholm, Sweden.
