Akihiro Ohba, MD, National Cancer Centre, Tokyo, Japan, highlights the role of immunotherapy in managing pancreatic cancer. Multiple Phase I/II trials assessing immunotherapy in combination with existing therapies have failed to demonstrate the effectiveness of immunotherapy against existing chemotherapy regimens. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2023 Congress in Madrid, Spain.
