Shankar Siva, PhD, MBBS, FRANZCR, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Melbourne, Australia, comments on the comparison between stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) and standard surgical management for primary renal cell carcinoma (RCC), highlighting the non-invasive nature of SBRT as a major advantage. SBRT is ideal for patients who are not medically fit for surgery or prefer a non-invasive approach, particularly those with comorbidities or medical issues. This interview took place at the 2025 European Association of Urology (EAU) Congress in Madrid, Spain.
