WCLC 2024 | How can infusion-related reactions from amivantamab be reduced in the clinic?

Gilberto Lopes, MD, University of Miami, Miami, FL, discusses strategies to reduce infusion-related reactions from amivantamab that can be applied in the clinic for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Findings from the Phase II SKIPPirr study (NCT05663866) have demonstrated the efficacy of prophylactic dexamethasone two days before infusion of amivantamab in terms of reducing infusion-related reactions. This interview took place at the 2024 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) in San Diego, CA.
