WCLC 2024 | SKIPPirr: reducing amivantamab-related IRRs in EGFR-m NSCLC

Gilberto Lopes, MD, University of Miami, Miami, FL, discusses the Phase II SKIPPirr study (NCT05663866), which evaluated strategies to reduce infusion-related reactions (IRRs) in patients with EGFR-mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated with amivantamab and lazertinib. Dexamethasone resulted in meaningful reduction in IRR incidence compared to historical data. This interview took place at the 2024 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) in San Diego, CA.
