WCLC 2024 | FLORA: real-world second-line chemotherapy in pleural mesothelioma
Cornedine Jannette de Gooijer, MD, Netherlands Cancer Institute, Amsterdam, Netherlands, discusses findings from the FLORA study, a real-world study investigating the efficacy of second-line platinum-based pemetrexed in patients with pleural mesothelioma, who have progressed on nivolumab and ipilimumab. Whilst a number of patients were not able to start second line therapy, clinical activity was reported in patients who were able to do so. This interview took place at the 2024 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) in San Diego, CA.
