SITC 2024 | Investigating the mechanism of action for 2141-V11 in the tumor microenvironment

Juan Osorio, MD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, The Rockefeller University, New York, NY, talks about the impact of intratumoral administration of 2141-V11 in inducing tumor regression. The increased interaction between dendritic cells and CD4 or CD8 T-cells, and the formation of tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) upon 2141-V11 activity in injected and non-injected lesions has provided key insights on the mechanism of action for Fc-enhanced immunotherapy. Further studies are investigating the mechanism of action for 2141-V11 in local and distal lesions. This interview took place at the 39th Annual Meeting Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer 2024, Houston, TX.
