Teresa Macarulla, MD, Vall d’Hebron University Hospital, Barcelona, Spain, describes preliminary safety and efficacy findings from a Phase I study (NCT06040541) of zoldonrasib and daraxonrasib, two oral RAS(ON) inhibitors, in patients with previously treated KRAS G12D-mutated metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). In the trial, the doublet showed a manageable safety profile and encouraging antitumor activity. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Gastrointestinal Cancer 2026 Congress in Munich, Germany.
