Teresa Macarulla, MD, Vall d’Hebron University Hospital, Barcelona, Spain, explores preliminary safety and efficacy data from a Phase I/II study (NCT06445062) evaluating zoldonrasib, an oral RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor, combined with mFOLFIRINOX or gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel as first-line treatment for RAS G12D-mutated metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Both combinations showed manageable toxicity consistent with known chemotherapy-related adverse events, with encouraging early response rates. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Gastrointestinal Cancer 2026 Congress in Munich, Germany.
